The Green Cornwall is fast becoming one of my favourites wedding venues!
The reason? If you book this amazing venue then it is a dream for your photographer, since everything is there. You and your fiance both get ready at the venue meaning that it is really easy to photograph both of you. This is just how it happened on Becky and Dan’s day with them both getting ready next to their closest, all the time I was there catching all those special moments!
At The Green, your wedding ceremony can take place in the intimate wedding barn or if you are planning an outdoor ceremony then you can use the arbour on the lawn. I have photographed a lot of weddings at the Green and both settings are beautiful in different ways. If you get married in the winter then the cosy wedding barn is a really intimate setting. Everyone squashes in, it’s great! But if the weather is sunny then equally outside is another amazing setting!
Becky and Dan chose the wedding barn and it was a really emotional ceremony.
One of the main reasons though that you should book The Green is where the reception takes place. The large barn that has been recently converted makes it the perfect wedding venue.
There are also so many great outside locations to have your couple photos taken! Just make sure your photographer loves getting outside. However if like Becky and Dan’s day you had wind and rain coming down sideways then The Green again comes up with a solution!
