Both originally from Cornwall, Dan and Vicky returned to their home county to get married. The stunning St Ives was packed on their wedding day with the height of the summer season in full swing. A crowd soon gathered outside St Ia’s Church in the centre of St Ives. One member of the public came up and asked me “is it someone famous getting married?” I guess everyone loves a wedding.
The ceremony was fittingly traditional and was filled with laughter and love which I really enjoyed. A short walk from the church through St Ives to the cars gave me a chance to get some great shots of Dan and Vicky hand in hand.
The reception was held at the amazing location that is Trereife House just near Penzance. With its surrounding grounds and gardens there were no end of great photo opportunities and plenty of space for the groom and his friends to play Cricket. This was a great wedding that was relaxed and informal. It matched my style of working and I throughly enjoyed it. The best man Rob also gave one of the best best man speeches I have heard to date!
